weekend.

This weekend there was a dark chocolate bunny {he didn't last very long}, this movie with my best girlfriends {so good!}, my dad's birthday {happy birthday dad!!}, this movie with the hubs and Alicia {breathtaking!}, homemade biscotti {yum!} and a gorgeous walk in the country. I couldn't have asked for a lovelier weekend.

My sister and I decorated these eggs when we were kids and my mom brought them out for Easter. I can hardly remember decorating them but i'm thinking that me and my sis were quite the little artistes :)

How was your Easter weekend?

  1. Sounds like the perfect weekend. Ours was lovely too. Saturday was gorgeous weather... 70!! We ate out on the patio and soaked it in. Sunday not so much...rainy Easter egg hunting. We went to Water for Elephants too...I loved all the costumes...great movie.
The little eggs are so sweet.

  3. Sounds divine and the eggs are so cute! Water for Elephants looks visually stunning. African Cats looks interesting but I'm always such a girl pants when it comes to the 'food chain' part of wildlife documentaries!xx

  7. Mothers keep the best things, don't they? Sounds like you had a good Easter. I think it's my favourite because it doesn't have the huge stress and frenzy that Christmas does.

Oooh, and I think you should definitely do the road trip to see Wills and Kate when they come to Canada! I approve absolutely.
